South West businesses encouraged to embrace brand identity

The importance of having the right brand identity is being highlighted to businesses in the South West.

Truro-based MPAD, which runs a design service, has been working closely with companies across the county looking at how they market themselves.

In response to the growing demand for the service, MPAD is launching a brand identity design package for new clients.

Designer, Matt Hollands, said: “Having the right identity can communicate a company’s message to its customers more effectively. It can put a business above its competitors by having an instantly recognisable and understandable statement.”

MPAD is offering the service at a discounted price for two weeks from September 6 - 17, with a third off the usual fee for creating a brand identity.

Rebranding can focus on new logos, business cards, packaging, website design and much more.

Camelford-based St Kitts Herbery commissioned MPAD to completely relaunch their brand.

The company sells handmade herbal products and owner, Susan Johnson, said: “We are delighted with the new look MPAD has created for our products and our site and we have had lots of lovely feedback from our customers who also like it.

“We feel the packaging now reflects the quality of the product inside and we are looking forward to moving into new markets with our improved branding.”
