3d printing, also know as additive manufacturing (AM) has bought new capabilities to industry, opening up the market for many small to medium enterprises to undertake innovations with the introduction of commercial companies providing prototype services for all.
Understanding the best process for your innovation is the first step in getting your prototype from paper to reality. In this seminar we will explore the differing processes, SLA, SLS, Vac Casting (PU), Rapid CNC Machining, and Rapid Tooling to show the versatility of these processes and how best to utilise them for your innovation.
As early adopters of 3D Printing and selling its capabilities to industry, as a service bureau, ARRK (www.arrkeurope.com) has seen this technology evolve to become a regular part of any product development and low volume production activity.
With 3D printing sites globally, ARRK’s presentation will give delegates an insight in to how this technology has evolved over the years and how different industry sectors have been embracing the process to improve their manufacturing processes, maximise operational efficiencies and shorten lead times.Tell a Friend
