The annual "must attend" day for Cornwall's residential conveyancers
This year's Residential Property Conveyancing Update 2018 is being held on Thursday 26th April 2018 at The Lanhydrock Hotel & Golf Club and there are only a few spaces left.
Organised by Cornwall Law Society in association with X-Press Legal Services, our speaker is David Keighley.
David was admitted as a solicitor in 1982. Until his retirement from full-time practice in September 2016 David was a partner in and Head of Residential property at a Legal 500 Practice.
Having done so part time whilst in practice, he now uses his extensive experience and understanding of practical conveyancing to cut through the academic niceties and make things relevant for the busy practitioner. He regularly presents at property law conferences, seminars, webinars, audio seminars, training courses and related events.
He is a contributing author for the Law Society Conveyancing Handbook, was the co-author of an online training course for the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), is the deputy editor of the newsletter issued monthly by Propertylawuk.net, provides monthly audio seminars in conjunction with LIPS Legal and has written for publications including the Law Society’s Property in Practice Magazine and the Solicitors Journal.
The seminar runs from 9.30 am – 4pm with registration from 9am.
A light buffet lunch is included.
Open to Members (£125 +VAT) and Non-Members (£187.50 +VAT).
