DEVELOPING LEADERS CONFERENCE
Monday 20th May, 2019, 09:00 - 15:30 (with a informal networking lunch provided from 12:00) at Haven House Conference and Training Centre, Truro, TR1 2UY
Who would like to develop their leadership?
Outstanding leaders need outstanding development opportunities.
Truro & Penwith College are committed to developing the very best leadership capability and welcome you to attend our Developing Leaders Conference.
You will be able to listen to our keynote speaker and successful leader Jess Ratty, participate in our interactive workshops, and network with other leaders from across Cornwall. Our theme for the day will be Thriving, Surviving, (and ways to avoid) Nosediving.
We passionately believe that the very best leaders think differently, are inspired by challenges and are committed to developing themselves and others. True leaders are naturally curious, continually searching for a better way.
If you share our passion and curiosity, please join us on 20th May, 2019 at Haven House here in the heart of Truro.
We look forward to welcoming you.
Keynote Speaker - Jess Ratty
PR Maverick, business owner, change maker and surfer. Jess Ratty is a woman who has never been comfortable with the word no. Cornish born and determined to build a successful career without compromising on location and lifestyle, Jess will share her story on how to thrive in a fast-paced world with a unique focus on building relationships, asking yourself "why" each morning, and how now is the time to be fearless.
This Conference is fully funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) as part of the 2014-2020 European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme in England. The Department for Work and Pensions is the Managing Authority for the England ESF programme. Established by the European Union, ESF funds help local areas stimulate their economic development by investing in projects which will support innovation, businesses, skills development, job creation, social inclusion and local community regenerations.
