EMPLOYMENT LAW AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

This FREE taster session will provide you with useful insights into Higher Level training opportunities in this subject area and how developing these skills could benefit your career.
EMPLOYMENT LAW AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
This day is aimed at those working, or interested in working in Management, Human Resources, or in a role that involves this key responsibility. This taster will provide an introduction to key aspects of employment law including employee relations, contracts, discrimination and disciplinary procedures. Understand how you could help support expansion and growth of your company through good employee relations with further study.
Our free tasters are standalone, non-accredited sessions that will allow you to find out what studying these subjects at a Higher Level would entail and where gaining these qualifications could take you. Completion of a taster could also result in financial support towards a qualification at L3 or above.
