Advice, support and training to help you to fulfil your ambitions and develop your career
ORGANISATION, MANAGEMENT AND HR
Tuesday 10th September 2019, 12.30-17.00 (with a Networking Lunch provided from 12:30) at Haven House, Truro, TR1 2UY
This session is aimed at those working or interested in working in Human Resources, or for individuals whose roles involve these key responsibilities.
This FREE taster session will provide you with useful insights into Higher Level training opportunities in this subject area and how developing these skills could benefit your career.
Organisation, Management and HR
This Taster will provide an introduction to how the structure, culture and management of a business impacts upon its success. The tutor will also provide an overview of the higher level short courses linked to this subject, which include SUCCESS modules in Organisation, Management and HR and HR Management.
Our free tasters are standalone, non-accredited sessions that will allow you to find out what studying these subjects at a Higher Level would entail and where gaining these qualifications could take you. Completion of a taster could also result in financial support towards a qualification at L3 or above.
‘This was very good – the discussions spread over a broad spectrum – everyone was able to speak.’
This taster session is fully funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) as part of the ESF Widening Participation through Skills Project.
