A 45-minute bespoke session from 9.30am – 3pm with some of the fantastic team at WildCard.
Learn how to get your messages heard with maximum impact by the right people with bespoke advice and tips from Wild Card’s PR and social media experts. Your session will be 100% tailored to your business and can cover everything from landing the attention of national or regional journalists to working with influencers and driving social media engagement. Whatever you need. We’ll ask you a few questions on your comms objectives and challenges in advance and bring in the right experts – from media consultants to content creators and digital specialists - depending on your unique needs.

Funding Eligibility This event is fully funded. Hot beverage refreshment will be provided. Prior to the event, you will need to sign a self-declaration form to confirm eligibility for funding. If applicable you will need to provide the following information: - Previous state aid (e.g. if you received funding via an EU project previously)

Subsidy Control (formerly State Aid) Where applicable (if you are attending this event as a representative of a business or go on to start a business), this event will accrue towards your subsidy control allowance (formerly known as State Aid). By attending, you are confirming that this, along with any previous support received (e.g. de minimis) will not exceed the Minimum Financial Assistance (“MFA”) threshold of £315,000 cumulated over the current and the previous two financial years). In compliance with the UK subsidy control, a statement of the value of this event will be provided to you by the organisers after attendance. Subsidy control for a 1:1 Business Consultancy £129 flat rate per intervention (hour) You will need to inform us of previous state aid. Please provide this information prior to the event. Photo Consent Photographs will be taken at this event. We intend to use the images in our promotional material to tell others about the benefits of the project (Evolve Futures). We would like to use your photograph in publicity which may appear locally, nationally and worldwide (such as, social media, websites or other forms of marketing materials). On arrival, we will ask you to sign a sign-in sheet where you will be able to opt in-out of photography consent. By indicating ‘yes’, you are giving consent for your image to be used. The University of Exeter will keep your image on our records. The information will only be used in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
