MANAGING AN INNOVATION PROJECT

If so, ATI’s ‘Managing an Innovation Project’ workshop offers comprehensive guidance and helps reduce the elements of risk surrounding your innovation project.

This session will cover:- Making a plan
- Scheduling – GANTT and Kanban boards
- Monitoring and controlling variables
- Project issues
- Change control
- Progress and budgets
- Outputs
