Join us for a series of four interactive workshops to learn how to tailor your sales and marketing strategies to achieve success in overseas markets:
Introduction
This series of four workshops will help you understand the way in which business relationships can differ across cultures and provide you with a framework for understanding these differences. We will then explore the ways in which we can tailor our communication style and content to maximise impact in different markets.
Speakers
The workshops will be delivered by University of Exeter business academic and practitioner, Dr Bill Russell (Business School), expert in cultural understanding, Dr Sonia Cunico (Department of Modern Languages) and Department of International Trade representative, Ben Leonard.
The workshops will run as follows – please only sign up if you are able to attend all four workshops.
27 October, 9 am – 12 pm
10 November, 9 am – 12 pm
24 November, 9 am – 12 pm
8 December, 9 am – 12 pm
Outcomes
Following the workshops, you will be able to confidently develop strategies to generate revenue from international customers, to resolve issues arising in international business relationships and to communicate effectively internationally.
