Join sustainability and brand consultant Jennie Atkinson from Green Works for a free training event on finding your brand purpose and bringing it to life with storytelling. Sustainability is no longer a “nice to have”, as consumers expect businesses to play an active role in protecting the environment and making society better for all.
A clear purpose that everyone in your business believes in is key. Purpose is your ´why´ and it should shape everything the brand does, from product and communications through to its sustainability actions.
Find out how to find your purpose, and how to embed sustainability at the heart of your business to become purpose-led. Learn how to bring your sustainability ambition and purpose to life for your staff and consumers through storytelling. Themes include:
- Brand purpose examples and benefits
- What is purpose and how do I find mine
- How to embed your purpose in your business
- How to engage consumers and stakeholders through storytelling
With over 18 years’ experience in marketing and sustainability, Jennie recently co-founded 'Green Works' , a consultancy based in Cornwall with the goal of driving the green economy and supporting businesses in becoming more sustainable. The team guides companies big and small on how to develop ambitious environmental goals and clear roadmaps for action.
Prior to starting Green Works, Jennie was Innovation and Sustainability Manager for Mondelez International, home to well-known brands such as Cadbury, Oreo and Philadelphia. She was also the local organiser for The Circular Economy Club in Zurich. CEC is the international network of circular economy professionals and organizations.
Locally, Green Works aims to give back to the community with the free Climate Cornwall programme that aims to facilitate a movement of innovative regional pioneers and small business owners seeking to create a better Cornwall and give the area a strong platform for sustainable development. These workshops are a taster session for what the initiative can offer free to SMEs in terms of knowledge, coaching and networking.
