    In this half day workshop you will learn how your mind works, how to cultivate mental wellbeing, how to master your emotions and physiology and how to implement the tools and practices as habits for sustainable peak performance. This program is a modern approach to mental wellbeing and high performance and is based on the latest understandings in neuroscience, whilst being delivered in a way that is practical and easily applicable into daily life.

    The workshop will include:

    • Understand what mental resilience is and how it can be cultivated.

    • Learn how to practice perceptual flexibility.

    • The science and benefits of practicing metacognition.

    • Learn meditation techniques that boost mental wellbeing, focus and clarity.

    • Gain understanding of autonomic nervous system and how to shift from stressed states to relaxed states at will.

    • Understand the basics of quantum mechanics and how to elevate energy levels.

    • Practical tips and practices for sustaining physical health and vitality.

    • Gain understanding of how breathing impacts our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

    • Learn a variety of breathing techniques to reduce stress and enhance focus, energy and performance.

    • Understand how beliefs limit our world view and how they can be evolved and expanded.

    • Exercises to clarify personal values and how they can be intergrated into daily activities.

    • Gain understanding of how our brains are hardwired and how our primal drivers influence our behaviour.

    • Learn the highly effective visualisation techniques used by the very best performers in the worlds of business and sport in order to achieve consistent progression.

    • How to use modelling to set clear benchmarks for effective action taking.

    • Practical exercises for cultivating purposeful engagement in everyday tasks.

    • Learn the principles of habit formation and how small incremental gains lead to big life changing results.

    • Understand the simple process for identifying all existing habits.

This is applicable to anyone who is wanting to improve productivity and focus at work, their performance at sport or those simply those wanting to gain greater clarity and control over how they live their lives in order to achieve more with less stress.

    Who is delivering the workshop?

    The workshop will be delivered by Chris Baker, founder of Mind Clear, a coaching and training organisation that works with individuals and organisations to improve mental wellbeing and high performance. Some of Chris' current clients include Time Warner, Saatchi & Saatchi and Publicis Groupe. 

    Chris has spent the last 20 years exploring human potential to understand what it is that limits us, what shapes our unique outlook on life and what we can do to unlock the vast resources we have within us. Through his studies he has qualified as a high performance mindset coach & trainer, a meditation & mindfulness teacher, a hypnotherapist, an NLP practitioner, an ACT practitioner and a breathwork instructor. 

    He has also previously built several businesses. Some have succeeded and scaled to a million pound turnover within 1 year and other have failed spectacularly. Everything he now teaches has been tried and tested in the real world and has been proven to work based on firsthand experience.
