Modern day life can be challenging. We have more demands being put on us than ever before, which can leave us feeling tired, stressed and distracted.
With the world around us continuing to evolve and speed up, it is more important than ever for each of us to invest in our mental wellbeing in order to meet today’s challenges with resilience and peak productivity.
Mind Clear specialises in mindset coaching and training for wellbeing and peak performance in organisations and this one and a half hour taster workshop will be delivered by Mind Clear's founder Chris Baker.
Based on the science of Mindfulness, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Relational Frame Theory, this workshop combines theoretical concepts with experiential exercises and practical tips to implement into everyday life.
During the session, attendees with gain an understanding of:
- How we shape our reality.
- The hidden drivers of our behaviour.
- How to become more aware of unconscious physiological & psychological response mechanisms.
- How to be more resilient in stressful situations.
- How to build habits that improve productivity.
The session is for anyone who is interested in learning more about how these principles could benefit them or employees in their organisations through coaching or training workshops. There will be an opportunity to discuss these options with Chris after the session.
