The unique aspect of the survey is that it was not written with any other purpose other than collating the opinions and experiences of you, our Chamber members, to highlight any issues or indeed lack of any issues that you have in relation to skills.
The Skills Sub-Group will be working on looking at some of the matters raised in the survey in detail. We can now confirm that the first industry that the group intend to look at in detail is Construction. The group would be delighted to hear from anyone working in the Construction and related sectors and in particular from anyone who completed a response to the survey. Please contact Kirsty.firstname.lastname@example.org who leads the Skills sub-group of the Members’ Council to whom we offer our thanks for all the hard work in pulling this important survey together.
The Skills Sub-Group would like to thank Robert Rush of PFA Research for his assistance in helping to prepare the report.
Note to recipients: Cornwall Chamber Members’ Council comprises expert groups setting policy for the Chamber and providing an insight into Business priorities. In addition to Skills, there are Policy Groups on the Environment, Digital Connectivity and Export.
