About Us

We are a Cornish AI company that builds many things but we concentrate on building AI that helps people on low income access services and knowledge.

Hi9 is rethinking how tech can be used every day. By running workshops and speaking directly with our users we create intuitive technologies that need no training, solutions that not only work but will also be used. With that in mind, we work across a variety of sectors, including health, education, and culture, as well as creating Debbie, our AI receptionist, as part of the People Hub project.

At Hi9, our focus is our users, and what they need from our services. They deserve excellence, and we use all of the tools available to us - as well as developing a few new ones! - to make sure they get it.
