    About Us

On the edge of Newquay and overlooking the Atlantic, SeaSpace is Cornwall's first coastal lifestyle-led, open-house aparthotel with a neighbourhood energy at its heart.

A short walk from Porth Beach and a 5-minute drive to Watergate Bay, SeaSpace is made for mixing – inviting everyone in to stay, gather, work and play, their way. Flexibility, style and freedom set the tone, with design-led studios and 2- and 3-bed apartments where ocean-loving voyagers and tapped-in locals, bright-eyed families and work trippers can shape their own coastal stories.

Gardens, pools, padel tennis. Pop-up gigs, impromptu happenings. Gym workouts solo, or fitness classes together. Dawn swims in the ocean, sunset cocktails on the deck, cook ups round the firepit after sundown. From a packed programme of events to those spontaneous adventure suggestions, SeaSpace is all about getting together and making the moment count.

Vibrant shared spaces indoors and out bring a lift to remote working or informal catch-ups, while freerange roaming in the grounds, a maze and indoor and outdoor play areas for the kids ensure everyone’s happy, however they’re spending their time.

Craving good food from good people, with a good vibe? The on-site restaurant serves pizzas, seafood, craft beer and cocktails while the café in the open, bright lobby space offers freshly baked pastries, barista coffee, breakfast, brunch.
