Diversity in Recruitment – Looking Beyond Our Biases
This session will be run by Jude Cook, Founder of Equally Simple, who specialise in facilitating and training Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (and related subjects), supporting organisations to be equitable and inclusive in their business.
As the name suggests Jude’s mission is to share simple ways to fulfil inclusive outcomes. In this session Jude will show you ways to attract diverse talent to organisations by reshaping/modifying the recruitment process.
What to expect?
A whistlestop tour of the Equality Act 2010, an exploration of Unconscious Bias and suggested ways to augment recruitment practices for attracting a more diverse workforce.
