Do you want to have the confidence to recommend changes within your company?

This taster will provide an introduction to how the structure, culture and management of a business impacts upon its success. The tutor will also provide an overview of the higher level short courses linked to this subject which includes L4 SUCCESS modules in Organisation, Management and HR.
This session is aimed at those working in, or interested in working in, Human Resources or for individuals whose roles involve organisation and management responsibilities.
This FREE taster session will provide you with useful insights into Higher Level training opportunities in this subject area and how developing these skills could benefit your career.

Our free tasters are standalone, non-accredited sessions that will allow you to find out what studying these subjects at a Higher Level would entail and where gaining these qualifications could take you. Completion of a taster could also result in financial support towards a qualification at Level 3 or above.
