Cornwall New Energy (CNE) have teamed up with two of Cornwall’s sustainability trailblazers, for a seminar on the business case for adopting renewable energy and other low carbon measures.
St Austell Printing Company (SAPC) have put sustainability at the heart of their business. Their purpose-built factory embodies this commitment – and was awarded an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating, the world’s leading sustainability assessment.
CleanEarth Energy have partnered with SAPC on their renewable energy programme, recently installing a 150kW roof mounted solar PV system that reduces both energy costs and carbon emissions. With over 500 wind and solar projects completed across the UK, CleanEarth have a detailed understanding of the financial and logistical issues around renewable deployment.
In addition to the unique perspectives offered by SAPC and CleanEarth, Cornwall New Energy will also give an overview of the technology and future trends, along with information on payback and funding models.
