This is a one hour workshop where you will have the opportunity to take a step back from the demands of daily life and increase awareness of the triggers of stress and how you can take action to reduce or remove stress and increase overall wellbeing. The session will cover:
Understand the triggers of stress and most common challenges we face in modern day life.
The difference between positive and negative stress.
How to recognise the physiological (body) and psychological (mind) signals of stress.
How to help others who are experiencing stress.
How to increase mental resilience in the face of stressful situations.
Daily habits for maintaining a healthy environment, body and mind.
Recommendations for next steps, sources of support and ongoing practice.
