Konnect Communities CIC is looking for new Board Members.

Konnect Communities is a CIC based in Redruth, Cornwall that offers support to individuals across the county with complex issues and multiple barriers.
 
Established in 2014, Konnect was born out of a desire to see rehabilitation becoming a more realistic opportunity for those in our society who find themselves disadvantaged by their history.
 
We aim to engage, enable, motivate and inspire people to overcome these barriers and move towards progression and a feeling of self-worth. 
 
This year marks our 10th anniversary, and we are looking for up to three new Board Members to join our team and support us in continuing to make a difference to people’s lives.
 
We are seeking Board Members who are committed to social justice and are ambitious, forward-thinking and have effective communication skills.  You will also need to have the time, dedication, and passion to support us with our work.
 
This is a voluntary position, but expenses will be covered.


Board meetings will be held quarterly in person, with a possibility of some ad-hoc meetings as required. Time commitment from board members is approximately eight days a year.
