About Us

The Chestnut Appeal for Men's Health supports men with prostate, testicular and penile cancers.
They work right across the South West, and funds raised go towards respite for cancer patients, supporting specialist nurses, as well as buying the very latest equipment to make diagnosis faster and easier.

Raising Awareness is at the heart of everything they do.

Steph Holman

I am the Cornwall Development Officer, working for the Chestnut Appeal for Men's Health, covering the whole of Cornwall. Our mission is to increase the awareness of prostate cancer, testicular cancer and penile cancer. We also fund salaries to specialist prostate cancer nurses, provide equipment for prostate cancer care and fund the latest treatments that may not be supported by the NHS.
My life experience is very diverse, from administration, a men's health champion, to owning my own pub/hotel. I have a huge interest in Cornwall, especially the food and farming section, together with supporting men in our region.
